How to use the Diagnostic Scorecard

 

1. Start with Scorecard Questions and check the appropriate response that is relative to your organization's current state of Lean transformation

2. Continue down all nine attribute Keys

3. Select the Scorecard Control Matrix tab and look for column F.

4. In column F (Strategic Impact Factor) insert a number for each attribute key, in column A, that reflects the relative importance of the that attribute in relation to the other attributes. The total of all attribute sections should equal 100%

5. Column G automatically calculates the target percentage score for that attribute section based on the relative weight assigned in column F.

6. Selecting the Results tab gives a spider chart graphical representation of the actual score with respect to the desired target.
