High Performance Lean Assessment

Our assessment output ranks an organization based on 9 key lean pillars and approximately 40 attributes.

Organization & Quality Assessment
Our Organization & Quality Assessment formally draws your people into the improvement process by soliciting the individual’s perception of the work place and the state of organizational functioning. Examined are factors that retard or stimulate productivity and quality.
